CHENG KWOK YAU.

I have the honour to report to Your

Excellency that on the 14th September, 1932, I sentenced

to death the above named prisoner who was convicted on

the 24th August, 1932, of having been accessory before

the fact to the murder of one George Fung on the 24th

March, 1932, and whose conviction was affimed by the

Full Court after the consideration of certain points of

la reserved.

2. The trial, which was with a special ́jury,

took ten full days and two half days, and the decision

of the questions of law reserved for the Full Court

occupied three full days and two other short sittings.

The jurors were the following:-
